I think he can be reversible. He can be either uke or seme, I think it depends on his partner.
I think he should be uke. He was uke with Asami, Yanzhui, and Yoh. And in the dream with Tao. He was only seme with Aki. I think YA likes him as uke with everyone except Aki.
Since this was brought up i also have a question... Who do Feilong actually love??? Asami? Akihito? Yoh? Tao? O.O Or do he love no one (right now)?
At this moment he loves Tao, but this is the father/son like love. Tao started to look at Feilong in very adult's way in the novel, but Feilong sees him only as a family. But the boy is the most precious person in his life. Thanks to Yoh he got over with Asami. But he sees Yoh only as a good friend, nothing more (or maybe not...). With Akihito they are also friends (they text each other very often in the novel. In the emails and sms conversations Asami's name is a taboo though ;) )
Does Asami know about the texting and the emails between Aki and feilong????

But I think he does know,but dosen't pay much attention to it, when they talk about basic things. Akihito writes about his cameras, job, this kind of things (again - novel). If he dosen't see it as some kind of threat, then maybe he's ok with it. At least he is sure, that Feilong won't hurt Akihito again.
