Saviour and lover combined! He should've rescued that poor boy a lot earlier, though. These things happen everywhere in real life too, there are more bad dads than good ones. Makes me want to say thanks to my own dad, who is a real good one!

    The sensei doesn't seem moral enough to be called something like "saviour". That kid is messed up, and needs more help than just a lover. But in manga the cure for rape is sex…

    well... repe victims are in a lot of ways afraid of sex and relatioships so having a lover may heal the trauma

    I agree. Sexual abuse is not about sex, it's about power. Being raped gives you the feeling you've lost control over your life and person. And having consensual sex with someone you feel confident with, means you regain control. So, it's not only in manga that love (and for most men, that means sex too) is the cure for abuse trauma. In real life that can be the cure as well.
