I don't understand. If he could get that guy to confess to the murder, then shouldn't he have been able to order the other bums to tell him any info they have on the guy in the picture and then make them forget. It just seems like senseless killing the way he's going about things. You would think he would have thought of that way to use his powers, since he's so smart.
