Honestly they are, in my opinion they just mindlessly say sh*t without thought or jump to conclusions. And like you said they are very annoying.
That blonde haired girl from that cultivator family shows character development to a certain degree. Then there’s that black haired girl from the beginning of the series, and that blue haired girl who works in a bar to support her uncle. Those three aren’t very annoying. (The blonde one is still kind of annoying but she does show some character development and becomes a bit less annoying) but yeah I will admit the rest are highly annoying..
