Help!!

Hi! So I just suddenly remembered this manga I read when I was younger. It was a shoujo manga—the mc really loved this character (?) and she saw this character as her idol. This is because when she was younger, she fell or got lost and this person helped her. And from what I remember, the character was actually the mother of the ml. At the end, she kinda becomes/inherits the position and it parallels to what happened to her to another kid? I think they’re voice actors or something, I just don’t remember. Also, at the end it shows the ml calling her and she inspired another kid? I don’t know—sorry my explanation is really bad (´°ω°｀)!
