so i'm going the other way around but have you guys read 'DREAMCIDE' ?
it's really awesome, i've just noticed that not many people seem to know it and it's such a shame
basically a dude has an ability, when he sleeps he goes back and forth from him 7 years in the future to the "current" him time passes the same in both time period so he can't time travel to whenever he wants, he has some restrictions to his "power"
but in the future, he wakes up in an apocalyptic world with zombies you get to see the dynamics between the survivor groups and within the groups themselves, how they have to negociate to survive, with the help of his 'cheat' ability but it's not that easy, they are lots of enemies to fight...
