I read the spoiler too but it said that the emperor got 3 wives for the sake of the empire before he confesses his love for Ms.Paul. And the other 3 wives didn’t get the emperor love. 1 asked for divorce, 1 was imprisoned, 1 died while giving birth. So I think there’s still hope for the emperor and Ms. Paul to be together after all.
