Actually, River's End is both prequel and sequel as it's the story of the past of Togame(seme) and the afterward life of the couple.
Castle Mango was manga / Uke's veiw.
River's End was nobel / Seme's view.

The story's about Yorozu & Uncle Togame on the way back from the tour of love hotels in Atami.
They stopped by at the SM Love Hotel as the Castle Mango's requested SM room, so Yorozu wanted to know. Of course, he was teased by Togame to say/do various kinds of embarrassed things. Hehee~
After they did it, Yorozu said that Togame talked 10 times more than normal.(HA+) Which Togame explained that it's a play so we need to talk/act like that to make it more fun and Yorozu felt good so it's fine.
