Turned off by slut host character. Like seriously, how can that school kid be with a man who sleeps around like that. The man should quit being a host then, it's disgusting.

    Just because he is a host doesn't mean he sleeps with his clients. There are different types of host.

    That could mean acting like a boyfriend. Giving the women fantasies that they have a "lover" or I translated better to English "boyfriend". And just cause theyre your boyfriend doesn't automatically they've slept together. It really is all lost in translation.

    Thank you for a clear and intelligent explanation / translation. Japanese is a subtle and delicate language, with a multitude of ways to convey the same concept. A clear translation makes for a much better story.
