YALL MY BRAIN HAD TO PROCESS THAT BUT basically Sid (white hair, red eyes) immediately recognized the doctor in the room but reports to Cain that the doctor is dead(Cain still doesn't know the doctor is already in the room with him)
So, the doctor gets confused as to why Sid was reporting to Cain that he is dead. The doctor is thinking of different scenarios that will happen if he said he was the doctor they're looking for. H
e basically has to think about his actions or he could be killed, after all Sid is Cain's right hand and the doctor is just a stranger for Cain.
