The classmates then bullies the mc saying it was his fault. During the time when the boy was in a coma he somehow sees things in the MC's cat's point of view. When he wakes up he entirely forgets about the MC but feels a connection between them. If I remember correctly MC has black hair and amber eyes and the other boy has pink hair I think.
