What broswer are you using? I just changed mine on google chrome and it worked fine. It could also be that your picture is too big.
I'm using Google chrome and my original picture was gone after a few weeks the new site was up all by it's self. I cant even use the upload button.
Make sure the image is small, and I used Firefox - but it took a few tries for me to get my photo to upload
I really don't know what to tell I'm computer illerterate you but I guess I would try to use a different computer.
The image might be too big, I used Chrome as well, never had any problems.
Sorry I meant the upload button/popup window wont load.
I still cant re upload my image D:
