It's probably high chance of death. The doctor had just said omegas were biologicaly only made to birth alfa's babies so... Losing the bond must be very traumatic. And that thing is so close to the spine too!! What if he gets paralised?

Oh dont worry. The odds of survival may be 99% chance of death but it's super unlikely the mangaka is going to kill him lol
I think he will be fine but never go into heat again, which is good on his case unless that also means he won't be able to birth babies...
On another note, I kind of want the alfa to want to "pair" with a beta now.

Well yeah :3 the mangaka has to continue the story so no doubt on that lol. But it will be nice if both of them still can have a child later yk. Somehow or the other.
