I think the manga was pretty new, it was about 2 guys, one is a delinquent and the other a really good student. I think something happened to the good student(fractured his hand or something because the delinquent pushed him off the stairs?) that forced the delinquent to help him out by carrying bags etc. So they were together a lot and i remember one scene where the good student saw the delinquent talking to a girl outside the library and thought that they were dating and avoided the delinquent, to which pissed off the later. And after communicating, they git each other off in a storage room.
