Actually Masaya won the bet.
In this chpter he challenged Hikaru to be the neko if he sell more than Hikaru of their next dvds sales, but then Hikaru agreed to bottom EVEN IF Masaya only came to the 2nd place. In the end Masaya did come to 2nd place and Hikaru intended to fullfil their bet, but Masaya didn't look all that happy abt it,so Hikaru asked him why he had this faraway look when his goal from beginning (to top hikaru) will soon bcome real. Masaya then said smthin abt 'you think i'll be satisfied if i get to hold you once? I dont want smthin as shallow as that' (aww isnt he the sweetest seme ever? He doesnt want the body only, he wants his heart too).
Anyway i dont think that's the end. There's only 1 vol released, but Mangaupdates says that the manga is still ongoing in japan.
