My guess is that he is returning her belongings to her and end her promise to stay at his place to help out while his arm is healing.

oorrrr.. he want to that and see if he can stir things up a little.. idk i dont think the twist plot with him will end like that... my guessing we will see a little something before he disappear on the plot
