Even though the author didn't make Sourina official, he did hint that if a relationship did get canon, it would be Sourina. In the end we can sort of see the romantic tension between them, also Erina is the "woman" that Souma needs to satisfy in order to become a great chef. It's pretty much indirectly canon.
Shokugeki was never about the romance, so I think this much was enough for the romance aspect for me.
