That really depends on the author, there is not set rule when it comes to omegaverse. If Fargo declares that betas can’t get pregnant, then .. ╥﹏╥

I think Heesoo might actually get pregnant. I have read one omegaverse manga where the beta got pregnant when his alpha partner was in rut and had sex with him. I think having sex while the alpha is in rut give a high chance of getting pregnant.
