This manga has a female protagonist with short blonde or orange hair. i’m pretty sure their highschool uniforms are green. She first starts with near a giant tree at the school and she can understand it. Then she meets this guy and he also has some type of power. I think there’s also a scene where tames this horse in the school. After awhile in the manga she meets like 5 other people in the school that have powers and they’re searching for a person behind a mask. Or something like that.
