I remember reading this manga about a guy with heart issues that when triggered (i think by strong feelings) would faint, then, he met this man (i dont remember how) and they start having feelings for each other but the seme, knowing that if he stays with the guy with heart issues, he will suffer more, therefore, the seme starts isolating himself???? (im sorry this description sucks but i never was able to finish it :(
