Try a find this yaoi manga where the protagonist is a businessman and he falls in love with his boss but then he bumps into a gym instructor and they become friends with benefits after the gym instructor finds out he has a super sensitive body, so the protagonist and gym dude work together to desensitized his body and there's kinda a love triangle
