I'm sorry - I guess it was related to another mangaka (a Gintama dj nonetheless), and sadly, I can't find it; much less remember details Σ( ￣□￣||)

Oh I believe there's a second part to it (as far as I remember "Paako"'s ponytails), now that one makes more sense... ^^
