Not really. But thanks to you I just remembered another plot. I believe that she start to work for him to help him out around his huge apartment. Because I remember this tall luxurious apartment building.
There is a manga I read long time ago. The main character is a girl with a low income wealth. And other main character is a wealthy guy but he’s on a wheelchair and they both a common love for a dog with a cloth around his/her neck.
