Yeah, but it bothered me that the author couldn't let her give that kind of logical comeback, you know? Like it's especially that if he didn't know, that he should refrain from making those kinds of baseless comments. Instead of it being inspirational it just didn't make sense to me that the FL was motivated by those words when she really couldn't have done anything ..oh well
welp as for me, it didn't really bother me but it made me laugh... i thought he was saying things so randomly. which he kinda is.
I guess that's his charm lol.
imo, in her defense, how was she supposed to save her parents from getting murdered by her family members. It's not like she had a forewarning, so I'm confused as to how the ML can ask her if she really put any effort into saving anyone.
