I agree. Isn't that like childhood friends? I think, that shouldn't be a problem.
You don’t think its wrong cause you haven’t actually experienced it. Imagine yourself dating a person that you used to view as a little kid and took care of the like a sibling.
To be honest, I can picture it. simply because in the story she isn't a baby and is acting a lot older than she is. even in our world, there are many people, with a huge age difference. so I think, if we are able to accept that in the real world, I can accept fictional characters to be in a relationship, especially since she isn't a little girl, but rather in her teens and she isn't stupid ( at least that is how the author is showing her to us)
On another note I don't really get, why so many forget that this is a manga and there are much worse examples, so I honestly don't get the discussion about the age difference.
1 They aren't real 2. She is a teen 3. It isn't even that much of an age difference and 4. Them growing up together isn't really a reason not to be together, since they aren't siblings
Their age gap is only 7 yrs not 15 or 20 but some people dont like the idea bc emiel watched her grow up, i mean whats wrong with that?
