Is this just an act? Like the dad clearly knows this but says 'i think' with uncertainty meanwhile tony is the one asking even tho he clearly remembers his other dad
Idk, maybe the author didn't come up with the other dad till later, but weird to see tony's utter confusion at the start bout the seed idea.
