I re-read it for this update and man..so much didn’t really make sense with the given dialogue. I wanted to like it bc I like that the MC speaks up (sometimes) but the drama? between the characters is soooo dumb. Like I was confused about the cousin thing cus homeboy collapsed from heat supposedly they didn’t say anything about hitting his head.
