I forgot the name of it and can't find it, it's a fairly typical isekai manga on more of the slice of life side. Man gets transfer into another world as a teen in a forest and ends up protecting the pet of an old elf from a bear. He gets a fenrir and bird familiar which he travels with to the town to sell medical herbs. No romance I think and lots of fluff.
