I dont think he raped him. They just dont know how to have sex properly and uke ended up in hospital. Both of them are ashamed but seme blame it all to uke saying he was seduced.

Obviously a lot of people didn't read this story properly they skipped the most important part.
Seme literally did not redeem himself at all after raping and sending uke to the hospital.. literally wtf
then shows up 12 years later and just moves in without proper apologies and BLAMES HIM AGAIN.
