I really love It, I'm not like the other comments that said that the gore, rape, etc scenes are unnecessary.
What i love the most about this is that It feel like a real story, not just porn without plot, the sex is superb and the story is actually interesting.
If the author decide that they wanted to put these scenes to show the cruelty of the villain and how things were in medieval ages (how Leo doesn't even think that is too extreme killing because that is something normal in that age) then that is is, you can complain all you want but I really love it.
