It may be Yaoi or Shounen Ai... If I remember correctly there were not any graphic sex scenes. Though sex was implied. It's more of a romance.
I do remember that the story started out with a Salary man (uke) walking home. He's thinking to himself about how it's snowing, and that he had broken up with his old bf during christmas. When he gets to his apartment building he sees a man curled/sitting near the stairs. He's been there so long that snow has started to collect on him. The uke checks to see if the man is still alive and when he moves him, a cat pops out of his arms. The Salary man, actually takes the man and the cat into his apartment. The young man (seme) lives with him, gets a job at a cafe. The seme has a tradegy in his past about his girlfriend.
The story was SO well written. Please Help~
