Alpha bit the omega but bit him partially + at the wrong spot to become mates. In hospital, you can see the omega and beta kiss (which is impossible, as omegas that are bonded refuse any other partners except their alphas) but that isnt the case.
Omega isn't bonded with the alpha and that might have to do with the Alpha stabbing himself with the Omegas pen that was borrowed in chapter 11-12? one of the recent chapters that just came out, the omega gives the alpha his pen to borrow. I think the Alpha promised he wouldnt bite him despite fighting destiny and rut.
does you also have raw from chapters 19-23?
I do not have those chapters, i'm not sure which order of chapter I uploaded but I do know that the chapter I have is 24 to 32. From the translated version, it is in fact 1 chapter left till it matches my raw. So just wait till 1 more translated chapter to come out and you'll have seen all of erito chapters technically.
