Girl goes into tower after sprouting white feathers on arms, feathers are result of disease called winged arm syndrome which after a while you die from. She is only one with white feathers. Gets scared after seeing boy in white lab coat kill man and say he’s searching for her. Runs away. Meets girl named Gloria who tells her to go meet her at top of tower so she can protect her from white coats (“Gundog”). Girl begins to go to top of tower. Meets black haired boy with black feathers after accidentally triggering book trap in library. They agreed to travel together to top of tower. Lots of semi irrelevant stuff happens in between and we find out that Gloria is actually an evil angel who is the creator of the disease that causes the feathers. Gloria wants to kill white feather girl. Turns out white coats are trying to help white feather girl get to top of tower to stop Gloria. White feather girl gets kidnapped with black feather boy and Gloria tries to get him to eat her. Turns out black feathers means you have to eat people to stay alive but black feather boy only eats dead people. Refuses to eat white feather girl. They are saved by white coat boy. Wait for the girl gets kidnapped again and is now being held hostage by Gloria. White coat boy reveals the truth behind the feather disease and who Gloria is (orphan who was used by scientists to store a very powerful device that kills people) . By the way, that explanation was kind of dumb down since I don’t wanna explain all of it. AnyWho, black feather boy refuses to work with white coat boy because white coat boy wants to sacrifice white feather girl to stop Gloria and black feather boy refuses to help white cut boy hurt white feather girl. They managed to get to top and we find out that black feather boy actually knew white feather girl since he was a child. Turns out she was another creation of the scientists meant to be a fail safe to stop Gloria if anything bad happened, but one of the scientists went insane and ended up brainwashing Gloria basically to kill humans to keep the population in check. White feather girl has been reincarnated over and over after being killed over and over by Gloria, who is afraid of dying. Black feather boy tries to convince white feather girl to just run away and not die but white feather girl says it is her purpose and goes to see Gloria. Turns out Gloria is just a bird skull with a brain inside of it, Gloria is afraid of death. White feather girl eats Gloria brain to put her to rest. Gloria, out of appreciation let’s white feather girl live. Flash forward to white feather girl living in house after being rescued from tower. No sign of black feather boy and he disappeared. One day white feather girl gets letter from black feather boy basically saying goodbye. White feather girl realizes letter was recently dropped off, runs out to where mailboxes and sees black feather boy. They embrace. End of story!
