I get the feeling that Lilith is who she says she is and reason why she knows about korea, high school, & the original story has to do with her mom. Her mom needs calming medication which makes me think she's unstable. So, my idea is that her mom is a reincarnator who also knew about the story. She realized that Lilith would become the heroine and forced her to behave like the sweet & pure Lilith in the story. That explains why Lilith is so tense when a letter from her Mom comes in and why her mom's health is improving now that Lilith is following the story by being in the capital.
Idkkk it's just a theory, but when I look at all the factors, it makes sense to me. Any thoughts?
