So since lilith was abused by her mom, it seems to make sense why she'd cling to Payne as the male love interest for her. Both come from abusive families that expect way too much from them. Both of them are compared to someone else, and you can tell that both of them find some sort of comfort in the other. Part of me Hope's that lilith will be able to just be happy with Payne because it really does seem like she has no interest in pursuing any of the male leads other than him.
