yeah he followed Ogata. There's no way it's a coincidence they're be in the same restaurant. It's clear in the manga. Also, I bet shouta knows the gf is cheating, he basically gift wrap Ogata to Raita.
Yeah ..shouta not exactly knows but instinct got him (experience? LOL.) and since he knows his brother --he understood somehow that raika likes ogata (in my point of view: in what the hella way?? I didnt see it) oh well. Thats brotherhood.
There’s something i wanna share to you guys.. Well this is just my theory on what probably happened when ogata left cause in ch.2 to see his gf, it seems like all the secretary understood that raika likes ogata., here--
After ogata left shou-san building
*raika stands up
*all secretary alerted
sec1: raika-sama is there a problem?
Raika: leaving
sec2:(understood raika that he wants to leave) understood raika-sama
Chiefsecjikoku: alright, we’re gonna leave, shouta-sama
