Well... I'm not sure, but I've read that some females can 'squirt' (very rare though). Usually females produce natural lubrication, but during orgasm it doesn't gush out (unless you're really turned on, haha!).
I think that dry orgasm on males means that they still have an erection. So I'd think that in women it means that they can cum quickly again... or someyhing like that. I think squirting is a special feeling, no only an orgasm. Otherwise all female orgasms were dry, doubt that. Must say, you made me interested in this ;)
Weird question. Women don't ejaculate in the first place, so I suppose you could define thatas a dry orgasm. But isn't it the fact that it's an orgasm lacking something that's usually simultaneous with it that makes it "dry"?

A dry orgasm is a climax without ejaculate. The guy still feels the orgasm, but nothing comes out.

Astrology has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the human body's physiological reactions to stimuli. Maybe you meant your favorite "urologist"??
