I think it had been changed, or you misread it. It says "Shounen" for me, it might have been the mistake of the publisher, too.
Shounen AI refers to just broadly male relationships. It can be just close friendships or it can non-sexualized romantic stories.
Um I'm just gonna say this in the anime it has a "Shounen Ai" tag aswell. So um you can go ahead and search up what Shounen Ai is-
