Well, in this one's case, I don't think it was ever supposed to be a full story. It's just some art taken from the artist's twitter. A fun little drabble, you know?
oh, I know that all of these in general aren't supposed to be full stories and just some fun light-hearted drabbles. i just don't why you can't just give it a short and neat title, that's also a bit more creative and relates to the story ^^" it just feels like people think it's a trendy and cool thing to have the longest titles and tell the story in them. Personally I just think it's a waste and kinda obnoxious :S
Oh yeah. I think I watched a video about that a little while ago talking about where all these long titles came from. It's kinda funny from an observatory standpoint.
did they give some kind of reasoning behind the long titles? xD
Hmmm, I can't remember the whole thing but I think it was something like trying to sell a book faster. Since it's not the covers on display, it's the spines so they give a short summary of the story on there in the form of the title to get potential buyers to pick it up. Lol or something like that
okay, but that's for books or possibly full manga series then, not sure if it actually works like that even for those, but I'm no sales person albeit sceptical :/ still why would you neef that for 2 ,3 or 15 page onseshot or basically sketches?

If I remember correctly, this first came up from light novels, so people wouldn't need to read the synopsis, and just read the title to understand what they would be getting at in the book.
And then those light novels gets adapted to manga, which then caused the popularity of long name title that explains what happens as the norm.
I mean....why even draw two pages, if you're gonna sum up and end the whole story in obe sentence in the title....why are so many people doing this these days?
