I suspect Riley is not telling the WHOLE story about Owen and his relationship. I think it's more like he was the drama queen and things didn't go his way and Owen broke it off with him. Now he wants to use this "bff" as a pawn to get him back. He probably still likes him even. Yes Owen might has a little temper but not as much as Riley is stretching it out to be, because remember we only have Riley side of things, and even though Owens friend didn't act shocked about the fight, doesn't mean that he beat up his ex's it could just mean he got in fight with other guys who challenged him. Also, whose to say that guy who accused his was even telling the truth? Owen could have just said all that stuff to him to rile him up knowing he wouldn't have wanted to hear the real truth that his girlfriend had left him for Owen. Just my two cents.
