Seimei was able to escape death somehow. I think the burned body they put sitting at Ritsuka’s desk was most likely Ritsuka’s destined fight. I have a theory. Seimei was probably trying to find Ritsuka’s fighter so he could train them and control the dynamic so that Ritsuka would always be dependent on him.during one of the secret training session the seven moons interrupted and started a fight, during the fight that supposedly killed Seimei he was only injured and escaped but the person who was Ritsuka’s fighter didn’t make it out and was burned beyond recognition so the seven moons thought they completed the job.

Omg I always thought that he was dead. I have another question. In the anime ritsuka didn't know anything about fighters and sacrifice but when seimei "died" in his class he already had a fighter?

Yes sacrifices and Fighters are born and predestined, with the exception of blanks who are fighters that have to be manually married with the sacrifices name and can be matched with anyone . Ritsuka was always a sacrifice and his sacrifice name is loveless. There is a school specifically for fighters and sacrifices to learn about their abilities and find their fighters.Spoilers if you didn’t finish all available chapters...... Seimei was matched with the blank fighter Soubi and later he found his predestined fighter Nisei. Ritsuka and Seimei’s parents do not know about Fighter and Sacrifices and that both their children are sacrifices. Seimei’s sacrifice name is Beloved. It’s also implied that Ritsuka was supposed to enroll in that school but since Seimei was his only connection to the sacrifice/fighter world he never learned about it. Seimei also only sees Ritsuka and himself as humans and is a massive germaphobe, this does not activate with Ritsuka he doesn’t believe Ritsuka has germs so he has no problem being touchy feely with him

SPECULATION/My Theory: Seimei is shown to want Ritsuka all to himself and is a very big brocon. He wants Ritsuka to want him with all his heart and soul, and most likely wants a incestuous relationship with him. Seimei probably found Ritsuka’s fighter before They both enrolled in the school, was most likely going to personally train them so he can control their dynamic and make Ritsuka never falls in love with his fighter and him instead. It also shown that the director of the sacrifice/fighter school is a pedo and molested, raped and groomed Soubi and has a massive obsession with him and still wants Soubi by his side. So I don’t think Seimei ever did anything against the rules to be hunted and killed I think the school director framed him for marking his Soubi. The director framed Seimei and sent the seven moons to kill him. Seimei found out and made plans for Soubi to be faraway and protect/train Ritsuka. He already found his predestined fighter so he decided to use him to search for Ritsuka’s fighter. While trying to secretly train Ritsuka’s fighter before he introduces him to Ritsuka the seven moons finds their location and a fight ensues and Seimei is Injured and Nisei is only able to say him forced to leave Ritsuka’s fighter behind to burn beyond recognition . The Seven Moons thinks they accomplished the job place what they think is Seimei’s body sitting at Ritsuka’s death at his school.

I didn't read everything cause as I said I never read the manga but I think I should start because most of the anime adaptation are incomplete like it happened for viewfinder. Anyway thank u for explaining me the ehoke situation ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

No so the anime finishes when ritsuka had a nightmare were all of his friends died and sobi tried to kill him because of seimei but then he wakes up, meets sobi and asks him if he would ever kill him if seimei asked he said that it was a possibility but it was also impossible because he was dead and in the last frame you can see seimei for a sec and then he disappeares
