I don’t blame the people before 2020 who only had one chapter to work with and it had a ‘hot guy’ jumping off the window and being chased because he’s popular. But he’s a lot softer than your regular shoujo/bl love interest. I mean, nowadays there’s a variety in personalities but back in the day I mean. He’s also incredibly patient to deal with the mc who keeps putting off his reply (three months holy fuck) lol. The MC has a pretty big inferiority complex and can get very petty. I’m a sucker for characters with major flaws but only if there’s proper character development.
