i really hated those "friends". because it truly shows how some people are deep down in real life. it just hits me to the core. the author did well to illustrate these concepts, even if she may have taken it to the extreme. because certain people won't show their all in public. the actions of the characters, i believe, reflects the thoughts and desires of people in real life.
