× 건국제, its shortened of 건국+축제 (or prev. national foundation) : it's a festival to celebrate the establishment of a country, so maybe you can translated it as "national celebration festival/national foundation festival"
× 건국제는 저 같은 게··· (prev. translation is national foundation day is like me) his words means "I always went to the festival".
× the blonde guy called maybelle 아가 indeed the literal translation is baby, but i think its more suited "Kid", so "Hey, Kid. What's your name again?" > but this is purely my suggestion...
