Was that manga translated by your friend? As long as your friend translated it (or asked for permission to uplaod from a scan group.) you can just email the admin and they will put it up (just check the bottom of the page in contactUS).
In case "contact Us" doesn't work.
1 Go to the same mangaka work or any manga.
2 Click at the flag on the left edge. There's message box there for you.

I have a friend who has the desire to upload some scanlated/translated manga and since I love mangago, I referred her to this website. But she (and I for that matter) are not sure how to submit manga to the website. I'm all for spreading the love, so help please if you know!
