Yeaaah and I agree w the fl when she said they’d just go back to fighting again. Even though the guy said “we know each other better now”. Weren’t they dating for like 5 years or something? You’re saying in that whole time you didn’t already know each other well enough??? I think I’m okay w the ending but I gotta say, him having a gf threw me off lmao but I think that’s just because of the same reason why you don’t see natural endings in things like this. You’d almost expect them to both be single and try to start again like in the movies haha
I dont think the end was dissatisfactory at all. We have these expectations from fiction based on the tropes they fall into but I find the authors attempt to make this close to reality very commendable. Its holistic and natural. It's sad to see the rating of such a good story so low just because everyone didn't accept the outcome.
