    no matter how much you tax the rich, unless you have a proper government who utilize the funds for public service then all is futile. Legislatives should also be pro-peer in every instance they levy tax and pass bills

    Completely agree. Tax the rich but corrupt govt the tax will only make those corrupt politicians rich and the poor stay poor. Sorry bad English.

    Yup. Most (read all) governments protect the rich because they're powerful people. To change this we need to break the relation between money and power.
