There’s so much complexity of emotions and actions to this that I don’t even know what to say?!? I think they both loved each other to the point that it became toxic and they didn’t know what to do with that. Also they were in high school and were still young to deal with new complex emotions. They are both dealing with psychological issues on their own and in their relationship. Dohyun has a rough childhood which resulted him putting up a barrier around people and also hiding his true feelings. Sungho just wants to hold onto dohyun because he made him feel something he didn’t before. Their relationship got misunderstood when they had intercourse and that was the turning point.
