For real? That's insane. Reading the chapters so far, the emperor seemed to have some sort of complex and is venting it out on the empress. Not just cuz of the almost loveless marriage they had. But to think he'd be this shameless. Wow.

I think it all comes down to the fact that the emperor was infertile if he had not been , he could have easily got an heir with our queen instead he thought that navier is infertile and brought rashta but later he realized his mistakes but it was too late as navier had already married heinley and was "pregnant".
