So this manga is an omegaverse where there’s 2 couples involved. In the first couple the omega is bitten by the wrong alpha(A) who was a long time friend. The other alpha(B) that just watch things happened was the omegas fated mate. Then it turns out out the the Other alpha(A) also had a fated mate but he already had bitten another omega which is the MC.
